小儿急性咽后脓肿诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of acute retropharyngeal abscesses in children

目的总结小儿急性咽后脓肿的诊断与治疗体会。方法回顾分析1998年1月～2012年6月我院收治的32例小儿急性咽后脓肿患儿的诊疗经过,总结诊疗体会。结果经及时抢救治疗,32例患儿中31例痊愈出院,随访3个月,疗后全无意外及并发症发生。结论早期诊断,全身应用有效抗生素,及时切开引流,可提高咽后脓肿治愈率,减少并发症。

Objective To sum up the clinical experience with diagnosis and treatment of acute retropharyngeal abscesses in children based on a clinical summarition on a group of cases. Method A retroepective study was carried out among 32 cases with acute retropharyngeal abscesses treated in our hospital from January 1998 to June 2012, with their clinical data analyzed carefully. Results Following a synthesized therapy given in time, 31 cases were cured, only one case died because of serious complication. During the following up period lasted for 3 months, no one was found with any complications happened. Conclusion It is very important that early diagnosis, application of effective antibiotics in time and promptive dranage of the pus are all the necessary procedures to elevate the curative rate and to reduce the potentially disastrous complications for acute reuropharyngeal abscess.
