Advance in Study on Pathogenesis of Barrett Esophagus

摘要 随着食管腺癌发病率的不断升高,Barrett食管(BE)越来越受到重视。BE相关研究已取得较大进展,但其具体发病机制仍未完全阐明。近来研究表明BE发生的分子机制与转录因子、信号蛋白、小分子RNA(miRNA)等密切相关。本文就BE发病机制的研究进展作一综述。 With the increase in incidence of esophageal adenocarcinoma, more and more attention has been paid to Barrett' s esophagus (BE). Some progress has been made on BE, but the actual pathogenetic mechanism has not yet been clarified. Recent studies indicated that the molecular mechanism of BE is closely related to transcription factors, signaling proteins and microRNAs (miRNAs). This article reviewed the advance in study on pathogenesis of BE.
