PCR/反向线点杂交鉴定临床分离念珠菌

摘要 研究证实,真菌转录间隔区(internal transcriptional spacer,ITs)和5.8SrRNA区域中的碱基序列在不同种属间具有较高的特异性,而在种属内则相对保守[1-3]。迄今,“ITSl+5.8SrRNA+ITS2”测序法已被公认为真菌种属鉴定的参考方法[1.4]。
