中国正常年轻成人前牙区牙槽骨厚度的研究 被引量:10

Evaluation of labio-lingual alveolar bone thickness of anterior incisors in normal occlusion of young adult

摘要 目的:测量中国正常年轻成人上下前牙区不同垂直水平的唇舌向牙槽骨厚度,为研究成人正畸过程中该区域牙槽骨厚度变化规律提供参照。方法:对普查获得的中国汉族正常个体进行颅面部CBCT扫描,将三维数据导入专业软件进行重建。选取根尖区(S0)、根中区(S1)两个垂直水平截取各个牙齿的测量图像,对牙槽骨唇舌向厚度测量分析。结果:获得年轻成人正常前牙区不同垂直水平的唇舌侧牙槽骨厚度的测量值。在根尖水平上,各牙位间唇侧或舌侧牙槽骨厚度差别有显著统计学差异,且唇侧牙槽骨厚度与舌侧牙槽骨厚度差别有显著统计学差异,其中舌侧上下尖牙牙槽骨最厚,唇侧上尖牙唇侧和下中切牙牙槽骨最薄。结论:建立了中国人正常人群前牙区不同高度唇舌侧牙槽骨厚度正常参考值,为研究成人正畸过程中牙槽骨厚度变化规律提供参照依据。 To measure alveolar bone thickness around anterior teeth in normal occlusion adults using a CBCT analyzing method. Provide a research reference for the regular pattern of alveolar bone thickness change in the progress of adult orthodontic treatment. Method:67 individual (aged 17-31) of normal occlusion were examined with CBCT. Sagittal scans were constructed and selected with a special program. Alveolar bone thickness around anterior teeth were mea- sured labially and lingually perpendicular to the tooth axis in the level of tooth apex (SO) and the middle of tooth(S1) respec- tively. Result:The reference values of the alveolar bone thickness in normal occlusion were obtained. In the apical region,the bone thickness was varied greatly between Labio-Lingual sides and different teeth. On the lingual side, the thickest bone was canine alveolar, both maxillary and mandibular. On the labial side,the thinnest bone was canine for the maxillary and central incisor for mandibular. Conclusion: Reference values of alveolar bone thickness in anterior teeth of normal occlusion were established,on the basis of which, the characteristics of alveolar bone remodeling may be assessed in orthodontic adult patients.
