Oct4在口腔黏膜白斑癌变进程中的作用初探

The role of Oct4 in the carcinogenesis of oral leukoplakia

目的:通过检测干细胞标记物Oct4在口腔黏膜白斑中的表达水平,探讨Oct4在口腔黏膜白斑癌变进程中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Oct4在10例口腔正常黏膜,40例扁平苔藓,60例白斑,20例鳞癌中表达水平;同时检测Oct4在30例癌变与30例未癌变白斑中的表达差异。结果:Oct4在正常黏膜中不表达,在扁平苔藓、白斑和鳞癌中的表达率分别为22.5%,56.7%和85.0%(P<0.05);Oct4在未癌变和癌变白斑中的表达率均为36.7%(P<0.01)。结论:Oct4与口腔黏膜恶性潜能程度相关,可能直接参与白斑癌变进程。

Objective：To investgate the role of stem cell marker Oct4 in oral carcinogenesis process. Method： Octal ex- pression in 10 cases of normal oral mucosa,40 cases of lichen planus,60 cases of leukoplakia,20 cases of squamous carcino- ma was detected by Immunohistochemistry,and then detect the difference of Oct4 expression in 30 cases of untransformed leukoplakia and 30 cases of malignant-transformed leukoplakia. Result：Oct4 did not express in normal mucosa, and expres- sion in lichen planus,leukoplakia and squamous carcinoma was 22.5 %,56.7 % and 85.0 %,respectively （P 〈0.05）; Oct4 ex- pression in untransformed leukoplakia and transformed leukoplakia was 36.7% and 36.7 %（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion：Oct4 cor- related with malignant potential of oral mucosa,and may be involved in the malignant process.
