57例完全性肺静脉异位引流的手术治疗 被引量：5

摘要 完全性肺静脉异位连接（total anomalous pulmonary ve—nous connection，TAPVC）是一种少见的先天性心脏病，发病率约占先天性心脏病的1．5％～5．O％，是少数需行急诊手术的儿科心脏疾病之一，也是新生儿死亡的重要原因之一。按肺静脉的引流途径不同分为心上型（45％）、心内型（25％）、
