股骨转子间骨折的内固定器应用进展 被引量：9

摘要 股骨转子间骨折（intertrochanteric fracture，ITF）是髋部骨折中最常见的骨折之一，多发生于老年患者。据统计，全球髋部骨折大约以每年160万的数量递增。发生原因主要是因为老年人多合并骨质疏松，摔倒或者被撞伤伤及髋部，90％以上老年髋部骨折是由摔倒所引起。该部位骨折保守治疗难以解剖复位，致残率较高，长期卧床易诱发心脑血管意外、
