试用期医学毕业生向医生转变过程中的突出矛盾及对策

摘要 试用期医学毕业生与患者之间以及与指导教师之间的矛盾,直接影响其获取足够的相关专业知识与技能而成为医生。司法、教育、医学部门应完善修订相关法律规定;建立完善试用期医学毕业生培养组织机构,制定培养组织方案,确定培养评价标准;建设分享功能强大的临床技能模拟培训中心;保证稳固持续的师承关系等,均是解决这两个矛盾的对策。 The two prominent contradictions of medical graduates in probation between the patients and their instructors affect them who acquire enough professional knowledge and skills to become doctors. To solve these contradictions, the following methods can be adopted: Judicial, education and medical department perfect and revise the relevant laws medical graduates in probation, develop training and regulations; establish training organization for process and determine evaluation standards for the training; establish a share clinical skills simulation training center with powerful sharing functionality and keep a steady and continuous relationship between Instructors and students.
