Contradictions and Countermeasures of Basic Level Talents Shortage and Medical Students' Employment Difficult under the Development of Medical and Health Services

当前,基层城镇社区及广大农村医疗卫生人员短缺及断层现象严重;与此同时,医学生就业形势严峻,大量医学生无业可就,弃医转行;本文从分析问题产生的原因入手,提出解决问题的有效途径。

At present, it is serious that medical and health staff shortages and breaks in basic town communities and villages. Because of the current employment situation of medical students, numbers of medical students are forced to change their profession. This article analyses the problems and ways to solve the contradiction.
