新医改形势下开设医院预算管理课程的探讨

Discussion on Establishing Hospital Budget Management Courses under New Medical Reform

医学院校开设医院预算管理课程对培养医院管理应用型人才具有重要作用。新医改下的新《医院财务制度》赋予医院预算管理新内容、新作用和新意义,但目前医学院校对预算管理课程教育的重视程度与预算管理在医院管理中的新作用不符。为此,本文分析了医学院校开设医院预算管理课程的必要性和课程特色,并对课程实行多途径实践性教学和考核内容多元化提出相应的建议。

Hospital budget management courses plays an important role in cultivating applied talents in hospital management . Hospital budget management was given new content and new role by New Hospital Financial System. But it is discrepancy between education of hospital budget management in medical universities and role of hospital budget management in hospital management. Therefore, the article analyzes the necessity and characteristics of the course and suggests the many ways of practical teaching and diversification of examination contents.
