摘要
医学院校培养的人才最终是为社会服务的,社会是对医学人才能力的最终检验。如何使医学教育与社会发展相融合,缩短医学生的社会适应期,是高等教育要认真研究的一个重要问题。
The talent medical colleges cultivate are to serve the society, and the society also proves them. How to merge medical education and social development together to shorten the social adaptive period of medical students is an important issue to be studied earnestly in higher education.
