传统教学手段在内科学教学中有着显著的缺陷,基于CAI的模拟临床实战教学课件从典型临床病例入手,设计相关教学课件,模拟临床实际病例、实际场景,在实战中能充分发挥学生学习和参与临床诊治的主动性和积极性,对疾病有更全面、更深刻的理解,同时培养和训练学生的临床思维,掌握疾病的基本知识和相关临床技能,培养学生理论联系实际和解决临床实际问题的能力。

The traditional teaching methods of internal medicine have significant defects. The educa- tional software of clinical simulation based on computer assisted instruction which included the typical clinical cases and different clinical materials, can give full play to students＇ learning and participation in clinical diagnosis and treatment with great initiative and enthusiasm. At the same time, it can helps students to cultivate and train the clinical thinking, grasp the basic knowledge and the clinical skills, enhance clinical ability of solve the practical problems.
