摘要
整齐划一的人才培养模式会妨碍医学生兴趣和爱好的培养以及个性的发展。在临床教学中,采用个性教学法,从个人兴趣及以后工作、学习的目的出发,自主选择科室;同时,教师在发现、引导、发展个性等方面起到的关键作用,从而达到临床教学效果的最优化。
The standardized training mode of talent has hampered medical students' cultivation of the interest , hobby and development of the personality. In the course of clinical teaching, using personal- ized teaching method, the students could choose the Department ,depending on personal interest,fu- ture work and learning goal; And, the teacher play a key role in discoverying, developing , guiding the individual character of the students. So we could achieve the optimal effect of clinical teaching.
