湖湘体育文化发展与体育湘军成长是互为作用、相辅相成的协同统一体,二者在实践"做体育文化人"理论、提升体育湘军文化科学素养,培育和发扬湖湘体育精神方面具有密切的功能协同性。文章在分析发展湖湘体育文化的重要性和必要性的基础上,探讨了湖湘体育文化发展与体育湘军成长之间的辩证关系,研究了湖湘体育文化与体育湘军协同发展的路径与策略,指出促进体育湘军健康成长和全面发展,必须明确湖湘文化发展方向、丰富湖湘文化内涵、优化湖湘文化发展环境,旨在促进湖湘体育文化与体育湘军协同发展、共同进步。

The development of Hunan sports culture and sports personnel is a synergetic unity that coordinates and supplements each other. They function coordinatively in practicing the theory of ＂being educated sports personnel＂ , cultivating and carrying forward Hunan sports spirit. Based on the analysis of the importance and necessity of development of Hunan sports culture, the paper discusses the dialectic relationship between the development of Hunan sports culture and the growth of Hunan sports army. It researches the path and strategy of the coordinative development of the two, pointing out that in order to promote the healthy and all -round development of Hunan sports army we must determine the development direction and cultural connotation of the Hunan culture and optimize its development environment, the purpose of which is to promote coordinative development of the two.
