摘要
探讨锌添加水平对断奶仔猪生产性能及免疫机能的影响。选用21日龄"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪30头,按体质量和性别随机分成3组(Ⅰ~Ⅲ组),每组10头,分别饲喂基础日粮添加氧化锌(以锌量计)Ⅰ组100 mg/kg(对照组)、Ⅱ组1 000 mg/kg、Ⅲ组2 000 mg/kg,预试验7 d,正式试验42 d。结果表明:(1)平均日增重和日采食量,试验0~14 d,Ⅲ组显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验15~28 d,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著或极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),试验29~42 d极显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.01);试验0~28 d,高锌可降低料重比(P<0.05),试验29~42d,料重比Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);(2)脾脏、胸腺指数Ⅱ、Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01);(3)淋巴细胞转化率OD值:第14天时,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著高于Ⅰ组,第28天时,各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);第42天时,Ⅰ组极显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.01)。猪瘟抗体水平Ⅱ、Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。这表明高锌能提高断奶仔猪生产性能及免疫机能。
Abstract:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of zinc levels on growth performance and immune function of weanling piglets. Forty" Duroc ~ landrace ~ Yorkshire" crossbred weanling piglets ( 21 d of age)were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 piglets each by weight and sex, which were fed with a basal diet with 100,1 000,2 000 mg/kg zinc ( from ZnO) , respectively. The trial lasted for 49 days, including preset period for 7 days and test period for 42 days. The results showed that : 1 ) the average daily gain and the average daily feed intake of the weanling piglbts in group III increased significantly compared with those in group I in 0 -14 day of the experiment(P 〈0.05),those in groups II , II increased significantly compared with those in group I in15 - 28 day of the experiment(P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ) ,but decreased significantly in 29 -42 day of the experiment(P 〈 0.05 ) ;high level of dietary zinc decreased the ratio of feed to gain on the 14th and 28th day of the experiment( P 〈 0.05), but increased on the 42th day of the experiment( P 〈 0.05 ) ; 2) The index of spleen and thymus in groups II , III increased significantly compared with those in group I during cantly the whole period (P 〈0.01 ) ;3 ) the lymphocyte transformation rate of groups II ,III increased significompared with that in group I in 0 - 14 day of the experiment(P 〈0.05) , that in groups II , III did not significantly increase Compared with that in group I in15 - 28 day of the experiment(P 〉0.05 ) ,but decreased significantly in 29 -42 day of the experiment(P 〈0. 01 ) ;the valence of CSFV antibody in groups II ,III increased significantly compared with that in group I (P 〈 0. 01 ). It is confirmed that the high level zinc diets enhanced growth performance and immune function of weanling piglets,
