山蜡梅叶中3种黄酮类成分含量动态变化研究 被引量:10

摘要 建立同时测定山蜡梅叶芦丁、槲皮素、山奈酚含量的方法以及分析含量动态变化。采用HPLC法测定不同采收时间山蜡梅叶中芦丁、槲皮素、山奈酚的含量,建立的HPLC分析方法能使3种黄酮类成分均达到基线分离。随着植株生长,山蜡梅叶中黄酮类成分从5月份开始显著累积,并首先生成槲皮素和山奈酚黄酮苷元类成分,经由黄酮苷元继续合成黄酮苷芦丁。从7月份开始,黄酮苷元类成分开始逐渐下降,转化为黄酮苷类成分芦丁。从5月到10月,黄酮类总含量呈现逐步递增趋势。该含量测定方法能简便快速的测定山蜡梅叶中多个黄酮类成分的含量,可以较全面地反映山腊梅叶药材质量;且从含量动态分析结果可知,8至9月份采收山蜡梅叶药材,容易获得较大生物产量和质量。 To develop a method for determination of three flavonoids ( rutin, quercetin and kaempferol) in leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. and to analyze their dynamic changes. HPLC was used in determination of rutin,quercetin and kaempferol in leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. havested at different times. Results Three flavonoids were separated perfectly. With the growth of plant, flavonoids in leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. began to accumulate from May, and to synthesize flavonoid aglycone, as quercetin and kaempferol, firstly. Then, flavonoid glycoside, rutin, was synthesized from flavonoid aglycone. From July, the content of flavonoid aglycone began to reduce gradually, and transformed to flavonoid glycoside, rutin. From May to October, the total of flavonoids showed a gradual increasing tendency. Conclusion : This analysis method could be used to defermine many flavonoids in leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. quickly, and could reflect the quality of leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. more comprehensively. From result of content dynamic analysis, the fit harvest time of leaves of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. was from August to September, and could obtain higher yield and better quality.
