摘要 为了解抗菌药物和EM对嗜水气单胞菌的体外抑菌作用,试验从病鱼和水体中分离到14株嗜水气单胞菌,对分离菌株的气溶素基因(Aero基因)PCR检测结果表明,14株分离菌中有7株为致病性嗜水气单胞菌。14株分离菌株的体外抑菌试验结果表明,对青霉素G、氨苄西林、头孢拉定、头孢唑啉、四环素、甲氧嘧啶、林可霉素、头孢氨苄均耐药;对头孢噻肟和呋唑酮喃表现高度敏感;EM对14株嗜水气单胞菌的体外抑菌作用与浓度呈正相关,浓度大于60%的EM对14株菌种均有抑制作用。 In order to investigate the antibacterial effect of the antibiotics and EM on Aeromonas hydrophila in vitro,14 Aeromonas hydrophila were isolated from Jiangxi Province,and aerolysin virulence gene and 165 rDNA were amplified by PCR, the results showed that 7 lisolates carried aerolysin virulence gene. Antibacterial effect test results indicated that all the isolates showed resistance to antibiotics such as Penieillin,Ampieillin, Cefradine, Cefazohn,Tetracychne,Terimethoprim, Lincomycin and Cefalexin, and high sensitivity, to Cefotaxime and Furazolidone. the concentration of EM (Effective Microorganisms) above 60 percent, showed antibacterial effect on all Aeromonas hydrophila isolates.
