摘要
研究了聚乙二醇 (PEG6 0 0 0 ,30 % )、亚精胺 (SPD ,0 .3mgL- 1)、三碘苯甲酸 (TIBA ,0 .5mgL- 1)和高pH缓冲液 (Na2 CO3 NaHCO30 .1molL- 1,pH =10 .3)浸种处理对黄瓜种子萌发、幼苗生长和子叶离体成花的影响。结果表明 :与对照 (双蒸水 )相比较 ,TIBA和SPD浸种 3h均能显著提高种子活力 ,促进幼苗生长 ;而pH处理则相反 ;SPD和高pH处理会显著提高 6d苗龄子叶中叶绿素a和可溶性蛋白质的含量和离体子叶成花百分率 ,同时抑制叶芽的发生。
Seed soaking experiments were carried out using 30% polyethylene glycol(PEG,MW6000),0.3 mg L -1 Spermidine (SPD), 0.5 mg L -1 triidobenzoic acid(TIBA) and higher pH buffer solution(pH=10.3) to study their effects on cucumber seed germination,seedling growth and flowering of detached cotyledons.As compared with the control (soaking with dd H 2O),seed vigor and seedling growth were improved obviously by the soaking with TIBA or SPD for 3 h, but those of seed soaked higher pH buffer solution had reverse effects, and contents of chlorophyll a and soluble protein in 6 day old cotyledons and the formation of flower buds from detached cotyledons were improved obviously by the soaking with SPD or higher pH buffer solution ,at the same time, the formation of leaf buds from detached cotyledons was inhibited strongly.
