摘要
榨菜胞质雄性不育系及其保持系的个体发育过程中过氧化物酶 (POD)和酯酶 (EST)同工酶的表达均具有特异性。榨菜不育系的POD在营养生长期的酶谱与保持系相同 ,但在生殖生长期花蕾中的酶活性显著高于保持系 ,其酶谱中出现两条在保持系中不表达、迁移率分别为 0 .12和0 19的特异带。榨菜的EST同工酶表达丰富 ,特异性强 ,不育系的EST同工酶在营养生长期与保持系有所不同 ,在生殖生长期差异显著 ,活性显著低于保持系 ,且花蕾的酶谱中缺少在保持系中表达的迁移率分别为 0 .38和 0 .4 0的两条特异谱带。
Cytoplasm male sterile line (CMS) and the maintainer line (MF) for tuber mustard ( Brassica juncea Coss.var. tumida Tsen et Lee) were used to compare their changes in peroxide and esterase isoenzyme's patterns during the ontogenesis by PAGE analysis. Results showed that both isoenzymes had their specificity during tuber mustard development. There were great difference in isoenzyme's patterns between CMS and MF. The peroxide isoenzyme's pattern for CMS was the same as that of MF during vegetative stage. However, at reproductive stage, two special isoenzyme bands with Rf 0.19 and Rf 0.21 were found only in CMS but not in MF. In addition, CMS showed higher peroxide activity than that of MF. Great difference of isoenzyme's pattern existed in esterase isoenzyme between CMS and MF at vegetative stage. Further more,at production stage, the difference was more significant, CMS had lower esterase activity and two special isoenzyme band with Rf 0.38 and Rf 0.40 were unique to MF but not observed in CMS.
