摘要
随着服务外包在全球范围内的迅速发展,外包程度决策常常是决定外包效率的关键因素。基于核心能力理论、交易成本理论和关系契约理论,从发包商、供应商、交易特征和合作关系四个维度寻找影响外包程度的因素,构建外包程度的影响因素模型,并对模型进行实证检验。结果表明,发包方的外包管理经验、供应商能力和声誉、外包交易中的不确定性和外包业务战略地位、外包双方的合作经历以及相容性等因素影响外包程度。其中,服务商声誉、外包交易的不确定性和外包双方合作经历是决定外包程度的关键因素。
With the rapid development of service outsourcing around the world, the degree of decision making is the key to efficiency. Based on theories of core competence,transaction cost economics and rela- tional contracting, this study attempts to find the factors that decide outsourcing, outsourcers, suppliers, transactions and cooperative relationships. The result of the empirical study shows that the outsourcing experiences, suppliers' capability and reputation, uncertainty and the strategic position of the outsourcing trade, cooperative history and compatibility between partners influence outsourcing degree.
