梅州市2012年食品和公共场所从业人员甲肝、戊肝感染状况分析

Analysis of the 2012 Meizhou Municipal Food and Public Place Jobholders Hepatitis A,Hepatitis E Infection

目的了解2012年梅州市食品和公共场所从业人员谷丙转氨酶、甲肝和戊肝感染状况,寻找谷丙转氨酶与甲肝、戊肝相关性,建立从业人员体检档案,为甲肝、戊肝的预防控制提供科学依据。方法采用IFCC速率法进行谷丙转氨酶(ALT)检测,超过正常范围(0～40U/L)的进一步采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测HAV-IgM和HEV-IgM。结果 2012年ALT检测10522名,ALT值异常者835名,异常率为7.94%,甲肝IgM检测835份,阳性2份,阳性率为0.24%,占全年体检人数的0.019%,戊肝IgM检测835份,阳性3份,阳性率为0.36%,占全年体检人数的0.029%。结论 ALT异常率高,甲肝、戊肝阳性率低,ALT与甲肝、戊肝关系为非正相关关系,应加强食品和公共场所从业人员甲肝、戊肝的检测工作,以保障广大人民群众身体健康。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the 2012 Meizhou City food and public place jobholders glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and hepatitis A, hepatitis E infection status, looking for alanine aminotransferase and hepatitis A and E, correlation, establish archives for medical practitioners, hepatitis A and E, to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control. METHODS IFCC rate of alanine aminotransferase（ALT） detection, beyond the normal range（0-40 U/L ）further by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） for detection of HAV-IgM and HEV-IgM. RESULTS in 2012, ALT were detected in 10 522, abnormal ALT value in 835 patients, the abnormal rate was 7.94%, 835 copies of a IgM test, 2 were positive, the positive rate was 0.24%, accounted for 0.019% of the number of physical examination, HEV IgM was detected in 835 copies, 3 were positive, the positive rate was 0.36%, the total number of 0.029%, examination. CONCLUSION The abnormal rate of ALT was high, the positive rate of hepatitis A and E, low, ALT and hepatitis A and E, the relationship is not positive correlation detection work, should strengthen practitioners hepatitis A, hepatitis E, ensuring people＇s health.
