脑卒中患者神经功能缺损程度与高血压治疗行为调查

Investigation on the Relationship Between the Hypertension Stroke's Clinical Neurological Deficit and the Treatment About Hypertension

目的探讨高血压脑卒中患者神经功能缺损程度与既往高血压治疗行为的关系。方法将吴淞街道社区卫生服务中心与上海市第一人民医院宝山分院于2011年1月—2011年12月建立延伸卒中管理机制期间管理的183例高血压脑卒中患者,根据患者既往高血压治疗情况分为持续治疗组、间断治疗组和无治疗组,观察比较三组患者神经功能缺损程度和出血性脑卒中发生情况。结果持续治疗组患者神经功能缺损程度评分显著低于其他两组,脑出血性脑卒中较其他两组少,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论高血压脑卒中患者既往如果严格规范地治疗高血压,不仅可以降低出血性脑卒中的发生,而且能够显著减轻脑卒中后神经功能缺损程度。因此,临床上应重视对高血压患者的健康教育与指导,引起高血压患者对疾病持续治疗的重视,使更多的高血压患者接受及时、规范的抗高血压治疗。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the Relationship Between the Hypertension Stroke＇s Clinical Neurological Deficit and Previous Hypertension Treatment. METHODS We divides the 183 hypertension cases of stroke patients during the management of extension stroke management mechanism（from January 2001 to December 2011） established by Shanghai First People＇s Hospital（Baoshan Branch） and Wusong Street Community Health Center into continuous treatment group, intermittent treatment group, and non-treatment group based on patients＇ previous hypertension treatment conditions, in order to observe and compare the neurological deficit and hemorrhagic stroke of the patients of the three groups. RESULTS The neurological deficit of continuous treatment group is significantly lower than that of the other two groups, while the incidence of brain hemorrhage and stroke is less than the other two groups, and all the differences are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION If previously treated with strictly regulated method, the hypertensive stroke patients would suffer less from hemorrhagic apoplexy, which could also apparently alleviate the neurological deficit after strokes. Therefore, the clinical applications should attach great importance to health education and guidance for patients with hypertension, arousing hypertensive＇s great attention to continued treatment of the disease, enabling more hypertensive patients to receive timely and standardized antihypertensive treatment.
