健康教育路径在糖尿病患者饮食自我管理中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨健康教育路径在糖尿病患者饮食自我管理的应用效果。方法糖尿病患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予传统健康教育,试验组实施自我饮食管理健康教育路径。观察两组健康教育前后血糖、血脂、饮食知识得分、信念行为得分。结果干预后试验组饮食知识得分、信念行为得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用健康教育路径可提高糖尿病患者饮食自我管理行为,有效预防和控制糖尿病的发展。
