肿瘤型假体置换治疗近关节多次复发性骨巨细胞瘤5例效果观察

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤型假体治疗近关节多次复发性骨巨细胞瘤的临床效果。方法对5例近关节多次复发性骨巨细胞瘤患者进行假体置换治疗,重建肢体功能。结果随访5～60个月未见肺内转移。根据Enneking人工关节重建术后功能评分,优4例,良1例。结论肿瘤型假体治疗近关节复发性骨巨细胞瘤可以彻底切除肿瘤,修复骨缺损,近期效果满意。
