Daniel Wikler

对美国哈佛大学公共卫生学院的Daniel Wikler教授作了简介,并翻译了其代表性论文《会长演说:生命伦理学和社会责任》。邱仁宗还就对当代的医疗卫生/医学,新兴技术的创新、研发和应用,以及整个社会,生命伦理为什么重要;哲学家在生命伦理学中起什么作用:为什么一个好的论证对生命伦理学是如此重要以及如何培养我们的论证能力等问题与Wikler教授进行了探讨。Daniel Wikler目前的研究兴趣包括:卫生资源分配中的伦理学和公正问题;起源于引起健康不平等的健康社会决定因素的卫生政策中的伦理学和公正问题;以及通过诱导个人作出更为健康的抉择,谋求改善人群健康的健康促进中的伦理学和公正问题。

The author introduced Prof. Daniel Wikler and translated his representative paper, entitled with Chairman Speech： Life Ethics and Social Responsibility. In addition, the author also discussed with professor Wikler on contemporary health care/medicine, the innovation, research and development of emerging technology, the importance of bioethics in a whole society, the role of philosopher in bioethics： why a good argument is so im- portant for bioethics and how to improve our ability of argument, and so forth. Prof. Wikler~ current research inter- ests include： ethics and fairness in the allocation of health resources; ethics and fairness in social determinants on health in health policy, and ethics and fairness in health promotion by inducing people to make healthier choices for improving population health.
