摘要
近二十年来 ,我国学者对野生大豆进行了多学科、不同层次的研究 ,取得卓越的成就 ,很多方面处于世界领先的地位。本文综述了中国野生大豆脂肪含量及其脂肪酸组成方面的研究结果 。
Tht results of research on fat content, geographical distribution of fat content, relativity of fat content and major characters of botany, composition of fatty acid of wild soybean (G.soja) in China were reported in this paper. These researches provide foundation for further research and usage on wild soybean.
