护理人文关怀在手术室患者中应用的效果分析

Effects of Nursing Humanistic Concern in Surgery Patients

目的探讨护理人文关怀在手术室患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年3月～2012年7月行择期手术治疗的患者100例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,对患者进行人文关怀,比较分析两组的临床效果。结果观察组患者的焦虑情况、舒适度及手术配合程度与对照组比较,存在显著差异;观察组患者对护理的满意度及护理人员的信任度显著高于对照组;观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,但组间比较无显著差异。结论护理人文关怀应用于手术室患者效果满意,能缓解患者围术期焦虑状态,提高患者对临床护理的满意度及对护理人员的信任度,值得临床关注及推广应用。

Objective： To discuss applications and effects of nursing humanistic concern in surgery patients. Methods： 100 patients scheduled for elective surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2012 to July 2012, were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received usual care, while the observation group received humanistic concern on the basis of the usual care. Compare the clinical effects between groups. Results： There were significant differences between groups in aspects of anxiety, comfort and co- operation during operating room. A satisfactory degree and trust for nursing care of observed group was significantly higher than control group. The rate of postoperative complication of observed group is lower than control group, but the difference had not statistical significance. Conclusions： Nursing humanistic concern relief anxiety state of peri- operative patients and improve the satisfactory degree and trust for nursing care. It is worthy of clinical attention and promotion applications.
