摘要
为培养"下得去、用得上、留得住、干得好"的农村基层卫生人才,某学院构建了学校教育、地方合作、社会监督、自我提升"四位一体"的农医委培生职业精神培养体系,以及学校形成性评价、联系单位评价、带教老师评价和患者满意度评价"四结合"的评估模式。为测评"四位一体"培养体系的实效性,设置了四个量化指标,即学校形成性评价、联系社区卫生服务中心量化评价、带教老师量化评价和实习期间患者满意度量化评价。
To cultivate good rural grassroots health talents, a medical college school set up a cultivation system of "four in one" , namely, the school education, regional cooperation, social supervision and self promotion. And this college formed an assessment mode of "four combinations" , namely the school contact formative evaluation, unit evaluation, evaluation of teaching teacher and patients" satisfaction evaluation. To evaluate the effect of this training system, they also set up four quantitative indicators, namely school of formative assessment, quantitative evaluation of community health service center, teacher quantitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation of patient satisfaction during the internship.
