Ethical Reflection on the Application of Assisted Reproductive Technology in the Group of Condemned Criminal

辅助生殖技术应用范围和原则一直是人们思考的重点,尤其是其能否应用于死刑犯这一话题存在较大争议。从尊重、有利和保护后代、公正合法与审慎等原则的视角出发,对辅助生殖技术能否应用于死刑犯展开思考和论述,认为在当前的背景和条件下,必须制定相关法规、政策,来约束和限制死刑犯利用辅助生殖技术实现自己的生育权。

The fields and principles of the applications of Assisted Reproductive Technology （ART） have become the focus of the thoughts, especially the application in the condemned criminal groups has aroused wide debates. This article tried to discuss whether ART can be applied to condemned criminal groups in the perspective of the principles of respect, primum beneficial and protect the offsprings, fairness, prudence. And proposed that ART application to condemned criminal groups to come true their reproductive rights must be limited and repressed by policy and rules in current conditions.
