Military medical ethics evaluation has double ethical dimensions, namely the medical science and military affairs, which makes the evaluation face with the conflicts between individual medical quality and group life quantity, contradictions between military utilitarianism and medical humanitarianism, disputes between moral ideal and harsh reality and so forth. However, resolving these disputes should stick to the evaluation principles of social fairness, military benefits and the value of life.
