国际生命伦理学研讨会纪要

International Bioethics Symposium Summary Bioethics Research Center Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College

2012年12月15-17日,2012北京国际生命伦理学高级研讨会在北京举行。会议得到了中华医学基金会(CMB)的支持。中国社会科学院哲学研究所邱仁宗教授,前世界卫生组织副总干事、上海交通大学胡庆澧教授,中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院翟晓梅教授,美国哈佛大学Daniel Wikler教授,美国南加州大学Alexander Capron教授,英国卡迪夫大学RuthChadwick教授等生命伦理学学者参加此次会议并作学术演讲。会议围绕着干细胞研究及其临床转化、移植器官的获得和捐献的伦理和管理问题、生物样本数据库和表观基因组的伦理和管理问题、知情同意的当前挑战、科研伦理等五个主题进行了研讨。

Beijing international bioethics advanced symposium of 2012 was held in Beijing, China on December 15 to 17, 2012. The symposium was supported by the Chinese Medicine Foundation. Professor Ren -zong Qiu （ from Institute of Philosophy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences ）, Professor Qing - li Hu （ former Deputy Direc- tor - General of the WHO, from Shanghai Jiaotong University ） , Professor Xiao - mei Zhai （ from Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences/Peking Union Medical College ） , Professor Daniel Wikler （ from Harvard University ） , Profes- sor Alexander Capron （ from University of Southern California ） , Professor Ruth Chadwick （ from Cardiff University of UK） and other bioethics scholars attended the meeting and gave the academic speech. Five major ethical issues1 including stem cell research and its clinical transformation, ethical and management issues of procurement and do- nation in organ transplantation, ethical and management issues of biological sample database and the epigenome, current challenges of informed consent and research ethics were discussed.
