蔗丰灵对不同甘蔗品种一些酶活性的影响

Effects of “Zhefengling” on the activities of some enzymes in different sugarcane varieties

本试验选用桂糖 85/8、粤糖 63 /2 3 7、桂糖 1 1和桂糖 1 5共 4个甘蔗品种作为供试材料 ,于分蘖初期以 0 .2 %浓度蔗丰灵进行叶面喷施 ,抽样测定有关生理生化特性和进行甘蔗品质测定 ,结果表明 :1 )蔗丰灵处理在短时间内抑制酸性转化酶、淀粉酶活性 ,而后其活性又上升至超过对照 ;2 )蔗丰灵处理可提高中性转化酶。

Four sugarcane varieties, GT 85/8,YT 63/237,GT 11 and GT 15 were employed as the plant materials. The plants were sprayed with 0 2% Zhefengling ,a highly efficient liquid fertilizer,at the early tillering stage, and each variety had a water control. The activity of 5 enzymes in the leaves were determined at different time during growth. The results showed that Zhefengling inhibited the activities of amylase and acid invertase for a short time, but restored soon,and increased them later as compared with the control. Zhefengling increased the activity of neutral invertase and polyphenol oxidase,but decreased the activity of peroxidase although an increase was observed for a short time after the treatment.
