Stationary behavior of the two-stage tandem queueing system with special customers and finite capacity

在有限容量的两级串联排队系统的基础上,增加特殊类顾客的到达,研究模型M(x)/M/c→(M)/M/n/K.用矩阵几何分析的方法得出了系统模型的Q矩阵,运用拟生灭过程的方法给出了系统平稳的充要条件、平稳队长分布及其算法.

In this paper, the arrival of special customers is increased on the basis of the finite capacity of the two-stage tandem queuing system. The model M^（x）/M/c→（M）/M/n/K is studied. The transferring probability matrix of the system is presented. The sufficient and necessary conditions for the system stability are verified by the theory of quasi-birth-and-death（QBD） process, and the distribution of stationary queue length and its algorithm are obtained.
