新形势下,地方本科院校应坚持"能力为本、重在应用、面向行业、服务学生"的人才培养改革方向;突出"地方性、本科性、应用型"的人才培养改革特点;采取多元化的改革策略:以精准定位把握人才培养改革方向;以强化特色、注重应用改善人才培养方案;以课程改革为核心,优化人才培养方案;以灵活多样的评价机制保障改革的顺利进行。

Under the new situation, the Local Undergraduate Colleges should adhere to the talent training reform direction, which is＂ taking ability as the base, focusing on the application, facing the industry, and serving for students＂ ; emphasize the characteristics of talent cultivation reform, which are＂ locality, under- graduate, application＂; take the diversified reform strategy： base on the accurate positioning and stick to the direction of personnel training reform; strengthen the features and emphasize the application, so as to improve the personnel training program; take the course reform as core, optimize the personnel training program; and take the flexible evaluation mechanism to ensure the reform carried on smoothly.
