中医治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成用药特点的聚类分析

Cluster Analysis of TCM Drug for Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis

通过对近30年生物医学期刊中有关中医治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的处方录入,对其用药进行整理,并进行频数分析、聚类分析,探索中医治疗DVT的常用药物和配伍规律。频数分析结果显示,当归、赤芍、丹参、川芎、黄芪、黄柏、党参、红花、白术、薏苡仁、土茯苓等为常用药。聚类分析结果显示了本病治疗的药物规律。用统计学方法定量分析中药治疗DVT的用药处方规律,可更好地指导临床规范化研究。

These drugs were performed by the frequency analysis and the cluster analysis through inputting prescriptions in DVT of recent 30 years in order to explore the＇commonly used medicine and compatibility law of traditional Chinese medicine. From the frequency analysis ,there were some drugs used commonly including Drug Angelica sinensis,Radix paeoniae Rubra,Radix salviae miltiorrhizae,chuanxiong,Radix astragali,Cork,codonopsis, safflower,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, Coix, smilax glabra, etc. Meanwhile,the using regularity was showed by the cluster analysis. The regularity of TCM drug which was analysed by statistical methods was one of the study on syndrome standard in the DVT.
