以丹参调节AQP1的特征表达验证“活血利水”法部分本质 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察外伤血瘀证模型大鼠AQP1表达特征及丹参的调节效应,验证"活血利水"法部分本质。方法用"定量打击"法制备血瘀证大鼠模型,观察丹参与醋甲唑胺对大鼠损伤局部肌肉与肾组织AQP1表达的影响。结果损伤局部肌肉和肾组织瘀血、水肿,损伤局部炎性细胞浸润;大鼠损伤局部肌肉与肾组织干湿重结果示模型组较正常组升高,丹参组、抑制组、干预组较模型组明显减低;AQP1表达显示模型组较正常组明显降低,丹参组较模型组明显升高。结论血瘀证大鼠AQP1表达降低,可能是瘀水关联的影响因素之一。丹参对AQP1有调节,减少水停积,可能是"活血利水"的机制。 Objective: To investigate the AQP1's expression characteristics and the regulation effect of salvia in trauma blood stasis model rats, and verify the part nature of "promoting blood circulation and diuresis". Methods: Blood stasis syndrome rats were made by quantitative blow. AQP1's expression in the model rats' injured muscles and kidney tissues after using salvia and methazolamide was observed. Results: Inflammatory cells infiltration, blood stasis were in the injured muscles and blood stasis ,edema in kidney tissues, the ratio (the weight minus the dry weight then divide it by the wet weight) injured muscles and kidney showed that: the ratio was higher in the model group. The ratio in salvia group,inhibiting group and the intervention group was lower. AQP1's expression showed that in model group was lowest;the salvia group was highest. Conclusion: The decline of the AQP1's expression is probably related to the formation of blood stasis and edema. And the regulation effect of the salvia on the AQP1's expression may be the mechanism of the "promoting blood circulation and diuresis".
