骨伤熏洗方联合腰椎间孔阻滞保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Gushangxunxi Decoction Combined with Intervertebral Foramen Block of Conservative Treatment on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组应用骨伤熏洗方熏蒸、腰椎间孔阻滞联合治疗,对照组予单纯腰椎牵引治疗,观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论采用骨伤熏洗方熏蒸、腰椎间孔阻滞联合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the treatment effect of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group were treated with Gushangxunxi Decoction Combined with intervertebral foramen block ,while the control group only with Lumbar traction. Results： The total efficiency of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group. Conclusion： Gushangxunxi Decoction Combined with intervertebral foramen block has a better clinical application value for Lumbar Disc Herniation.
