中西医结合治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎的疗效及安全性。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组予常规内科保守治疗,治疗组加用通腑合剂灌肠和芒硝全腹外敷治疗。结果治疗组腹痛、腹胀缓解时间,腹膜炎阳性体征消失时间,住院时间,血三酰甘油(TG)、白细胞(WBC)恢复正常时间,全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)及多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)发生率、中转手术率及死亡率均优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎有较好的疗效。
