摘要
目的研究龙黄祛湿颗粒中茵陈、地肤子、当归挥发油的包合条件。方法以挥发油包合率及包合物得率为综合评价指标,优选最佳的包合工艺,并采用TLC法对包合物进行验证。结果茵陈、地肤子、当归挥发油的β-环糊精(β-CD)最佳包合工艺为挥发油∶β-CD=1∶8,搅拌3h,40℃下包合。结论龙黄祛湿颗粒中挥发油的包合工艺合理可行。
Objective To study on the inclusion condition for volatile oil from Herba Artemisiae scopariae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Common Cnidium Fruit in Long Huang Qu Shi Granules. Methods Orthogonal design was used for the experiment. With the yield of clathrate and the volatile oil inclusion rate as target markers, the conditions including the oil were optimized and inclusion compound was identified by TLC. Results The optimum preparation condition for inclusion was established as follows:the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin CD being( 1 : 8) , stirring for 3h and inclusion at 40℃. Conclusion The optimum conditions for inclusion were steady and feasible for Long Huang Qu Shi Granules.
