骨膜按揉法治疗颈性眩晕80例

Observation of 80 Cases on Cervical Vertigo in the Treatment of Periosteum Massages

目的观察骨膜按揉法治疗颈性眩晕主症的临床疗效与TCD的改变。方法将80患者予骨膜推拿治疗,对治疗前后临床症状,TCD各项指标进行对比分析。结果经骨膜按揉法治疗的患者主要临床症状和TCD各项指标均有明显改善。结论骨膜按揉法治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切,具有起效快,疗效稳固等优点。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of periosteum massages on cervical vertigo and the main changes of the TCD indicators. Methods Periosteum massages therapy was given to 80 patients. Clinical symptoms before and after treatment and the TCD indicators was analyzed comparatively. Results Major clinical symptoms and TCD indicators patients treated with periosteum massages showed significant improvements. Conclusion periosteum massage method was effective in treatment of cervical vertigo, with advantage of rapid onset and efficacy.
