摘要
目的:观察赤雹根总皂苷(TSTDR)对佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠血清骨保护素(OPG)/核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、TSTDR(160、80、40mg/kg/d)组和雷公藤多苷(12mg/kg/d)组,每组6只大鼠。模型组、TSTDR组和雷公藤多苷组大鼠建立佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型后,各用药组大鼠灌胃给予相应药物21d。采用ELISA法检测大鼠血清OPG和RANKL水平,并计算二者的比值。结果:TSTDR各剂量组大鼠血清OPG/RANKL比值显著高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:TSTDR可能通过影响OPG/RANKL系统抑制骨破坏,从而有助于控制类风湿性关节炎的发生发展。
Objective:To study the effects of total saponins of Thladiantha dubia root (TSTDR) on osteoprotegerin (OPG)/receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL) in serum of adjuvant arthritis rats. Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 mrs in each group: normal control group, model group, TSTDR different dose groups (160mg/kg/d, 80mg/kg/d, 40mg/kg/d) and lripterygium group (12mg/kg/d). After establishing adjuvant arthritis rats model, the rats in three TSTDR groups and Iripterygium group were lavaged with corresponding drugs for 21-day. ELISA was used to detect the OPG and RANKL level in serum of rats and calculated OPG/RANKL.Results:Compared with rots in model group, the OPG/RANKL of rots in three TSTDR groups were significantly higher (P〈 0.01). Conclusions: TSTDR can control development of rheumatoid arthritis by inhibiting osteoclasia through regulating OPG/RANKL system.
