摘要
复合材料飞轮环向拉伸强度远高于普通金属材料,但其径向剪切强度过低是制约飞轮提高转速的主要因素,本文将基于三维数值模型建立计算复合材料飞轮破坏转速的三维算法和结合大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析复合材料飞轮转子纤维束张紧力对转子强度的影响。
The tensile strength of the flywheel, which is of composite material, is much higher than that of normal metal material. But the low radial shear strength is one of the most important factors for increas- ing the rotary speed. Based on the 3D numerical module and finite element analysis software, this paper studies 3D calculation of the rotary speed of composite material flywheels, and analyses how the fibre bundle tension force impacts the strength of the rotor.
