摘要
根据甘肃厂坝有色金属有限公司成州锌冶炼厂废水的特点,采用石灰乳中和、斜板沉淀池、板框压滤、组合膜分离技术等组合工艺对综合重金属废水进行深度处理并实现回用,运行数据表明该组合工艺废水处理效率高、运行稳定,可以达到闭路循环,可在铅锌冶炼行业内广泛推广使用。
According to the characteristics of wastewater in Chengzhou zinc smelting factory, Gansu Changba nonferrous metals Co., Ltd. , heavy metal wastewater is treated and reused by using lime milk neutralization, inclined plate settling tank, filter press, combined membrane separation technology com- bined process for advanced treatment. Operation data shows that the combined wastewater treatment process has high efficiency, stable operation, can achieve closed cycle, can be widely used in the lead and zinc smelting industry.
