Fault Analysis and Diagnosis System of Chongqing Hongyan Steering Apparatus

运输部的自卸车主要负责外矿、煤炭倒运的工作,厂内道路的坑洼不平及频繁的转弯给转向系统带来了不小的压力。在汽车日常使用中,经常会出现方向盘发飘、方向盘自动转向、方向沉重等问题。本文主要就我部重庆红岩等常见的系列对转向系统的故障进行的排查与分析,以期建立有序的问题解决方案,节约劳动成本,提高工作效率。

The self-dumping truck of transportation department is mainly used for the transport of coal mine, the bumpy road and frequently turning is very hard to the steering system. In daily use, truck has many problems such as steering wheel flighty, steering wheel automaticly turning, turning heavily. This paper analyses such faults in system of Chongqing Hongyan Steering Apparatus, finds solution methods, saves cost, increases work efficiency.
