摘要
为延长莱檬的贮藏期 ,提高贮藏品质 ,进行了不同温度条件下贮藏 ,并在最适温度下采用不同复合涂层及不同包装材料处理试验 .用色差计检查其贮藏质量的结果表明 :莱檬易冻伤、怕湿、极易受到化学伤害 ;当贮藏温度为 5 .0℃ ,表面用苹果蜡、1 2 5 mg/ L 抑霉唑、1 2 5 m g/ L 胍茶汀混合处理 ,且不使用塑料薄膜包装的贮藏效果最佳 ,其货架期可达 1
To extend lime storage time and raise its storage quality,experiments of lime storage at different temperatures were conducted.What's more,limes were stored at the optimum temperature by using different compound coatings and packing materials.The results obtained from chroma meter check show that limes are not good for storage in higher humidity and is easy to get chilly injury and chemical injury.When the storage temperature is at 5 ℃,the optimun condition is obtained by using compound treatment of apple wax,125 mg/L imazalil,125 mg/L guazatine and no plastic membrane,lime shelf life reaches 15 weeks.
