The Effect on Relay Protection Device from VFTO of Mashan Smart Substation

摘要 根据辽宁220 kV马山智能变电站的现场测试结果,结合暂态干扰源的特征和智能二次设备采样环节的判据,分析了气体绝缘开关(GIS)设备在倒闸操作时产生的快速暂态过电压(VFTO)对远端采集模块的影响,进而对相关继电保护设备安全性、可靠性的影响,也为GIS远端采集模块采取标准化的屏蔽措施和方案提供了参考依据。 According to the test result of Liaoning 220 kV Mashan smart substation, combining the feature of transient interference source and criterion of smart secondary equipment sampling, it analyses the influence VFTO (Very Fast Transient Overvohage) effects on the remote acquisition module when GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) is in switch operation. Futher, the paper discusses the influence on safety and reliability of relay protection devices. It also provides reference for GIS remote acquisition module to select correct shield measure and scheme.
