摘要 某热电厂2×300 MW机组锅炉炉膛存在结焦现象。结焦严重时,需降负荷运行甚至停机,严重威胁到电厂的安全运行。通过试验,详细分析了锅炉结焦的主要原因。目前锅炉燃用的平庄褐煤属强结焦性煤种,同时存在一次风率偏低、煤粉偏细、一次风速偏差较大、周界风开度偏小、二次风配风不佳等问题,导致锅炉出现严重结焦现象。通过采取相应措施,锅炉结焦现象得到有效控制,排渣机上部不再出现蓬焦现象,目前锅炉运行非常稳定。 Fired-coal boiler coking is important problem affecting security and economic operation of boiler. The paper analyses the main cause leading to boiler serious coking in a 2 × 300 MW thermal power plant, and gives treatment measure. The research shows that the main reasons leading to boiler serious coking are the lignite coal fired by the boiler is strong coking coal, and many problems exist in the boiler combustion, such as low primary air rate, pulverized coal fineness thin, large deviation of primary air speed, small circumferential air opening, bad second air distribution etc. These problems of superimposed on each other lead to boiler serious co- king. Aimed to these problems, corresponding measure is adopted, and combustion adjustment is introduced. Boiler coking is effec- tively controlled by combustion adjustment, and the peng slag in the top of deslagging machine no longer appears. At present boiler operation is very stabilization.
