医护人员疲惫程度影响因素的最优尺度回归分析

摘要 目的探寻医护人员疲惫程度的中医体质影响因素,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用疲惫程度和中医体质调查表对嘉定区二级医疗机构医护人员进行调查,对调查表结果进行统计描述,并进一步采用最优尺度回归法分析筛选医护人员疲惫程度的中医体质影响因素,建立回归方程。结果经过最优尺度回归筛选出有意义的自变量建立回归模型(P<0.01)。结果显示,医护人员疲惫程度受9种中医体质类型不同程度的影响。结论医护人员疲惫程度的前3位影响因素为血瘀质、气虚质、痰湿质,针对性地调整体质偏颇对防治医护人员疲惫有一定的意义。 [ Objective ] To explore the influencing factors of fatigue degree of medical staff in TCM constitution, and provide evi-dence for developing intervention measures. [ Methods ] Fatigue levels and TCM constitution questionnaire was adopted to investigate medical staff in secondary hospital. The results were statistically described and then analyzed by means of optimal scale regression analysis. [ Results] The results of the regression model with its independent variable were filtered out from optimal scale regression analysis and indicated that the medical staff fatigue was significantly affected by 9 kinds of TCM constitution with variable degree (P 〈0.01). [ Conclusion] Blood stasis, Qi deficiency constitution and phlegm-wetness type are the top-three influential factors. Therefore, adjusting physical biased with target may be significantly important for medical staff fatigue ' s prevention and treatment.
