某煤矿企业大型洗选成套关键装备建设项目职业病危害预评价

Pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in a coal mining enterprise of large washing set of key equipment

目的识别、分析、评价某企业大型洗选成套关键装备建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,提出相应的防护对策与措施,防治和控制职业病的发生。方法采用检查表分析法、类比法和经验法进行评价。结果该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有金属粉尘、磨尘或矽尘、电焊烟尘;锰及其无机化合物、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氢氧化物、丙烷、一氧化碳、、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、臭氧、氟化氢、氟化物、氢氧化钠;噪声、高温、热辐射、紫外辐射、手臂振动、不良气象条件、不良采光照明。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目可以实施。

[ Objective ] To identify, analyze, evaluate potential occupational hazards in washing complete sets of large construction projects of key equipment in an enterprise , and put forward appropriate measures for protection, prevention and control of occupa- tional diseases. [ Methods ] The methods of checklist, analogy and experience were applied for the evaluation. [ Results ] The poten- tial occupational hazards during the production process in this project were metal dust, abrasive dust or silicon dust, welding dust; manganese and inorganic compounds, benzene, toluene, xylene, hydrogen oxidation, propane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen nitrogen, ozone, hydrogen fluoride, fluoride, hydrogen oxidation sodium ; noise, heat, hot radiation, UV radiation, arm vibration, bad meteorological conditions and bad lighting. [ Conclusion] The project belongs to the construction project with serious occupational hazards ,the possible occupational hazards that may arise during the production process of this project can be preven-ted, so the project is feasible from the view of occupational hygiene.
