饮用水中氰化物的流动注射检测法

摘要 目的建立测定水中氰化物的流动注射分析法。方法应用SKALAR SAN++型全自动流动注射分析仪直接在线蒸馏测定饮用水中氰化物。结果该测定方法相关性好,r=0.999 4,线性范围1.25~50μg/L,相对偏差为1.06%~6.0%,检出限为1.2μg/L。结论方法简便,快速,干扰少,灵敏度高,有较高的实用价值,特别适合大批量样品的测定。 [ Objective ] To develop a flow injection analysis method for determination of cyanide in drinking water. [ Methods] By u-sing SKALAR SAN + + automatic flow injection analyzer, the content of cyanide in drinking water was determined with the straight distillation. [ Results] The linear relationship of this method was good (r = O. 999 4), the linearity range was 1.25-50 μg/L, the rela-tive deviation ranged from 1.06%-6.0%, and the detection limit was 1.2 μg/L. [ Conclusion] This method is simple and rapid, with less interference and high sensitivity, which has higher practical value and is suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples.
